[phc-general] static members initialized with constant arrays

Hi Gary,

I think this problem may be been fixed, because when I run it using my
local copy (which is the latest svn revision), I can parse and
pretty-print the file without problems.

Is there a reason you don't want to upgrade? (The pretty-printer is
getting fancier, and is starting to deal with in-string syntax :)
