[phc-internals] rphp starts using phc

Hi guys,
the rphp project (http://code.roadsend.com/rphp) has started using phc 
as parser in a seperate trunk branch, with the aim of using it later as 
a parser for rphp's php runtime and to generate native code with the 
help of LLVM. You can find some more information especially on the 
rphp+phc code on our mailing list (see the website for the link).
